Shipping Information

We hand batch small orders and ship next working day from our workshop in Utah. Delivery is then taken care of by the United States Postal Service.

When products are shipped out you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your USPS tracking code.

Parcels are sent USPS First Class (for small orders) or USPS Priority (for larger orders), so our goodies will land on your doorstep in 1-3 business days.

Currently we are unable to ship international but hope to do so in the near future.

Return Policy

We think our beard oils and balms are the bomb, but if your beard isn’t getting any joy from a product and it’s your first time purchasing it, simply get in touch with our support team within 60 days of purchase and we’ll take care of you with a free exchange or refund. That’s our ironclad guarantee.

If you have unopened products you'd simply like to send back for a refund or exchange then that's no problem either. Again, you have 60 days to return the products to us. Please note that we unfortunately cannot be responsible for return shipping charges.

To initiate a return or refund you must first email support@blackcombbeards.com so we can issue you with an RMA number and return address.
