Shipping Information

We hand batch small orders and ship next working day from our fulfilment centre in Utah. Delivery is then taken care of by the United States Postal Service.

When products are shipped out you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your USPS tracking code.

Parcels are sent USPS First Class (for small orders) or USPS Priority (for larger orders), so our goodies will land on your doorstep in 1-3 business days.

Currently we are unable to ship international but hope to do so in the near future.

Return Policy

We think our beard oils and balms are the bomb, but if your beard isn’t getting any joy from a product and it’s your first time purchasing it, you can get a refund. 

We understand that everyone is different. There can be ingredients or fragrances that don’t float your boat.

If that’s the case, get in touch with our support team within 60 days and we’ll take care of you. That’s our ironclad guarantee.

If you have unopened products you'd like to send back for a refund then that’s no problem either. Just email support@blackcombbeards.com and we’ll get you fixed up with a hassle free return.
